| Flight of the Conchords is about Bret and Jemaine. They are wannabe musicians have left their native New Zealand to try to make it big in their adopted home of New York City. They are the New Zealand's "fourth most popular folk act". Their manager Murray (he is so brilliant is unbelievable) whose day job is working at the New Zealand embassy, which is a small office in a building just next to an all asian masseuse parlor. Of course like any band, they have their fan base, which consists only of Mel. Mel is the #1 fan, an obsessive stalker of the band, who will fill you with mixed feelings.
